The Websky system allows you to update your order. For information on how to set up order synchronization conditions, see Synchronization of orders.

Price Updating

After booking a ticket in Websky, there are 2 requests to update an order: The first one is launched when selecting any payment method, during which the relevance of the booking and price are checked. When the price changes, the new price is recorded in the order, commissions and fees are not recalculated. There is no possibility to disable or configure this request in the administrative part. The second query is launched before issuing a ticket, during which the status of the order, price and a number of other parameters are also checked. Its launch can be set up in the section Product control → Avia tickets → Processes → Ticketing process, Allow pre-ticketing update query option.

Adjusting the Updates

If synchronization is disabled, you can use order updates in the following cases:

  • Moving to payment;
  • Moving to printing;
  • Fixation of payment.

Price update on the System settings → Background processes → Triggers settings is enabled. The setting is component dependent.
