Domains and protocols

Section Settings

All of the settings below can be found in the Site Management → Domains and Protocols subsection.

Agency domain name for settings upload - key field for the work of the system. When an anonymous visitor visits the domain specified in this field, the system will unambiguously determine whether the visitor belongs to the agency or not. However, if the visitor is already registered, the system will determine his or her membership based on the correspondence of his or her account to a particular agency.
Domain website name for mobile version - works similarly to the previous field.

Attention! - several values are allowed, separated by a comma without a space.

Attention! It is forbidden to bind the same domain name to several agencies/companies.

Redefinition of a topic by domain name - this field allows you to override the subject for domains bound to an agency with already defined subject. Specified as: {"domain": "theme"}.
Https operation mode - this option allows you to enable/disable use https to ensure security and privacy of the page content:
- Disabled
- Available, redirects are disabled (starts working in a few hours)
- Enable the forced redirect on the pages with personal data
- Enable the forced redirect to all pages
Privacy Policy - area for entering the text of the agreement on the use of personal data, which the user can read by direct link privacy__policy.
Show warning about usage of cookies - this option includes displaying a warning about the use of cookie files on the website.
Start page: http://host/value - this option allows setting redirection from the host

of the site to the site page specified in the format http://host/Значение.

go=xxxxx/xxxxx from http://host/index. php?go=xxxx/xxxxx).
Enable FastSearch feature (transfer of search parameters) - if this option is enabled, Websky allows to redirect users to a page with already filled search parameters or directly to search results.
Acceptable domain names for remote access (via ;) - this option is designed to list the domains that will host light form (english version of the article pending).
Apply [timezone] as: - this option allows you to specify a zone for system time calculation (time zones of DDS requisites are still specified in settings for DDS connection requisite packages). The possible applications of this setting are listed below:
- Default requisite zone - for those requisites where timezone was not set initially.
- For calculating timelimits.
- For calculating agency API timelimits - when this checkbox is enabled, the timelimit is recalculated according to the selected timezone of the user. If the checkbox is turned off, the time limits are set by default in the Moscow time zone.

The user timezone is set in the current settings section in System Calculations Time Zone.

Agency IATA number - information field.
Allow to create booking inquires - this option enables/disables the module of forming booking requests through Websky internal messages designed for cases when it is impossible to conduct a booking manually.
Advanced mode for expert - works only for old design themes. This option adds the ability for booking expert to select a customer from the list of subagents included in the system. At the same time, the system recalculates the price of the order based on the price rules of the selected subagent for the order and shows the new price.
Autoreturn to start page after pressing Enter - if this option is enabled, the user will be redirected to the home page after logout.
Access failure handler for anonymous - this option defines the mechanism of system behavior for unauthorized users from predefined options:
- Error message
- Autoredirect to authorisation
- Autoredirect to main page
Authorization form - this option defines the mechanism of displaying the authorization form on the website:
- Javascript form - the authorization form will open on the same page in a modal popup window,
- Common form - authorization form will be opened on a separate page of the site.
Confirmation timeout, maximum seconds
Access to the CMS for the subagent (if the component is available) - the option enables/disables access to the CMS module and access to the Site Management section → Appearance Setup for the subagent.

Attention! You have to select the specific subagent as the object of application of the settings.

API GOOGLE MAP key - works only for old design themes. To work with maps based on Googдe Maps in this field, you need to insert a key for the domain name of the site. You need to generate the key by clicking on the following link: http://code.google.com/intl/ru/apis/maps/signup.html.
YANDEX MAP API key - works only for old design themes. To work with maps based on Yandex.Maps, you need to insert a key for the domain name of the site in this field.
API YANDEX TRANSLATOR key - responsible for the availability of translation of fare rules through the Yandex.Translator service. After entering the key, the button for translation appears in the field in the Fare Rules pop-up window.
VAT (in percent) - the option allows to define the VAT value which will be used in calculations of the values of the account and receipt variables.

Attention! If no VAT value is specified, Websky will use the default value of twelve percent.

Show variables for VAT in Itinerary receipt - the option enables/disables the use of variables for VAT in document templates. By default, the option is disabled. If the option is disabled, the variables will not be substituted in the document templates.
Preferred languages - this option allows you to specify the list of language versions of the site available to the user.
Language to enter settings - specifies the default language version of the administration panel.

Attention! The Websky system supports multi-language settings. It means that the content of some fields depends on the selected user language.

HTTPS authorization mode - the option enables/disables the use of crossdomain authorization over a secure https connection. This option can be used in cases when an agency does not have its own SSL-certificate.
Security key of payment service and receiving of XML loads - secret key used in the process of payment registration by external request and in package export of orders under unauthorized user.
Enable the ability to check a booking status by number and name - this option enables/disables the possibility of using the Order status check module in Websky for unauthorized users.
Enable booking autocancellator - enables/disables this option.

Attention! If you select 'no' for the option, you need to follow the timely cancellation of all reservations in the system yourself.

Enable the autorefresh to bookings - the option enables/disables the process of autorefresh of orders according to autorefresh conditions.
Show the note on an outdated browser - option enables/disables displaying of special information block that the browser you are using is outdated.
Use scroll to the top button - option enables/disables displaying area on the left side of page that allows to return to the top of the page from any point and then return to the point from which user has moved to top.
Manual mode for fixing of booking status - enables/disables manual fixing of order status: Canceled, Booked, Scheduled.
Automatic messages sending to personal account when a booking is changed - this option enables/disables creation and sending of system messages designed to inform system users about all changes that occur with orders.
Open an access to editing documents for sub-agency managers - this option allows subagencies' managers to edit templates of all documents in the "Orders" section (itinerary receipts, vouchers, etc.).
Display Nemo logo and documentation links for B2B users - enables Websky logo and documentation links to be displayed in the control panel for managers and experts of companies. For users, the logos and links to documentation are hidden.
Use new package and user numbers for requisites - if this option is enabled, new numbers of packages and agencies will be used in requests when connecting to the air server according to current values of requisites. If this option is disabled, the old numbers of users and packages will be used, according to the specified values. By default, the setting is disabled.
Booking policy - area for entering the text of booking policy on the website (public offer), which the user will have to agree with before booking. HTML is supported.
Show agreement on personal dat - option enables/disables displaying of fields on the booking page to confirm agreement with information about the rights of the subject of personal data and agreement on the use of personal data.
Agreement on the use of personal data - the area for entering the text of the agreement on the use of personal data, with which the user will have to agree before booking, as well as in Registration . HTML is supported.
Information on the data subject rights - area for entering the text of the information about the rights of the personal data subject, with which the user will have to agree before booking. HTML is supported.
Information on alliance - area for entering alliance information text. The entered information is available to the user at the stage of making a reservation. HTML is supported.
