Description

Fare Rules are set by the carrier for special fares and are valid at the start of the carriage. These standards can not contradict the Standard Fare Rules formed by the TCH on the basis of the provisions of the Air Code and regulatory documents of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.

Fare Rules may contain:

  • Categories of passengers who receive the right to use the fare. For example, passengers of a certain age group (youth or pensioners), people with disabilities, deputies, groups or families, etc.
  • Restrictions on the fare use by time, which may be associated with the season, departure time, days of the week, etc.
  • Special features of the route. There can be an agreement of application of the fare to a certain route, the maximum or minimum time spent at the destination, the possibility of transfers, etc.
  • Rules for ticket exchange and refund. It is everything related to the procedures of ticket exchange and refund indicating penalties in case of violation of the carrier’s terms.
  • Booking and payment terms. These conditions may relate to the time of ticketing, depending on the date of departure (in case of advance booking) or the purchase of a ticket at the same time as booking.
  • Preferential rules. Discounts may apply for certain categories of passengers or days (for example, holidays or days off).

Fare Rules in Websky

Data of fare rules can be used in Websky system when setting a time limit - maximum time and date of ticket purchase.

Timelimit can be assigned two ways:

  1. Automatic time limit (using data from the airline's Timelimit Rules);
  2. Using the given fare rules (category 5), i.e. according to the estimates.

Right after booking, the time limit is automatically set in accordance with the data in the "Airline Time-Limit Rules". If there is an attribute of time limit set for an airline by estimate (category 5, according to fare rules), then, if the ticket is not to be issued right away, then, to complete a PNR request, you need to reset the timelimit in acordance with the fare rule data. Otherwise the system will respond that you needto set timelimit by estimate (timelimit request).

Fare rules automatic translation

Automatic translation or “machine translation” is the process of translating a text into a user's language using a designated computer program.Websky uses the Yandex.Translator online service. This service is not an accurate translation device, but when translating individual words or phrases, it usually allows the user to understand the basic meaning of the text.

Automatic translation of the fare rules text is available in a pop-up window on the ticket booking form. The text is displayed as received from the GDS, and there is a "translate" button that starts the Yandex.Translator service.

Attention! In order for the button to appear in the pop-up window, you need to set API YANDEX TRANSLATOR key in the Site managementDesign and appearance section.

Attention! Websky system is not responsible for the accuracy of translation provided by the Yandex.Translator service.
